XIII WOOD CO. is a design-driven woodworking studio creating functional pieces with purpose. From cutting boards and butcher blocks to knife storage and custom woodwork, each piece is built with care, thoughtful design, and a respect for the material.

Every commissioned piece begins with an idea. Materials, dimensions, pattern, and details are considered around the intended use and character of the piece. Whether it is a cutting board, butcher block, knife storage, or another custom woodwork project, the goal remains the same: create something distinct, functional, and built with purpose.

THE BEGINNING

EVERY CRAFT HAS A STARTING POINT.

This was the first board I ever made. It began as a personal project—a gift, an opportunity to learn, experiment, and discover what could be created through wood, pattern, and precision.

What began with a single piece became XIII WOOD CO.—a pursuit of creating functional objects where craftsmanship and design exist together.

The work continues to evolve, but the standard remains:
